We love our product. We love our designs. We are so sure that you will love it as well that we guarantee it 100%. Although we manufacture each and every order specifically for each individual client eliminating a large chance of being able to resale a return; we are happy and willing to exchange your wallpaper if you do not absolutely love it. Regardless if you are requesting an exchange because you are not happy with our product or because of something that was our mistake, we will exchange the product or refund your money, whichever you choose.
We understand that if you are returning an item it is because you gave us an opportunity to sell you a product in the first place and we appreciate that. Therefore, we want to make it right.
When you receive your order please open the package to check the color, texture and design to make sure it is what you asked for and that there are no imperfections. However, we cannot accept the ones that have been used, cut, or the adhesive backing peeled. After cutting it or hanging it on the wall, we will not be able to exchange or refund the wallpaper.
All refunds or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt.
Three simple steps to return your item:
- Keep your order number and the original packaging to make it easier for you in case you need to return it. We do however promise hassle-free returns and exchanges, so you can just as well send the item back in any package you would like as long as it protects the material against being damaged during shipping. You are responsible for the shipping cost unless it was our mistake or the material is defective, in which case we cover 100% of the shipping both ways. No restocking fee. Fair enough?
- Simply email us at [email protected]or call us at 1-800-333-4455 with your order number and your refund or exchange request and we will go from there. If it is an eligible return within the conditions mention on step 1 we will exchange or return product. 100% Guaranteed.
- After receiving your call or email, we can either arrange an exchange or refund your money, whichever YOU prefer. Once we have received the unused item back we will then issue a refund or exchange the item. The refund process after receiving the returned merchandise takes approximately 5 to 10 business days, which is due to the amount of time the bank takes to process the refund.
TIPS to help you choose the right product and avoid returns:
- Order a sample to test the material’s texture, and color, or to test out the surface where you will be applying our product. We strongly recommend your order a sample in order for you to make sure it is a good fit for you.
- Watch the how-to video and follow the installation instructions accordingly. If you apply the wallpaper on an eligible surface that is both clean and dry you should not have any problems.
